Rental car, dog breeder and few other things (Bali)

Hello everyone,

I am hoping somebody can help me with these information and recommendation:

1. Rental car for Ubud area, preferably one on a monthly basis;
2. Kintamani dog breeder, preferably the certified one (if any, not quite sure if there is);
3. Cleaning staff, preferably one with recommendations, willing to come in on weekends, live not too far from Pejeng area and not useless i.e knows how to clean and not just moving dust around (for those of you who lives in Bali for a while must know how stressful and agonizing it can be trying to find a good cleaning staff or just a staff in general).
