Retiring to Bali

My husband and I are hoping to retire in Bali in the next 18 months. Just wanting to know a realistic budget on the initial cost re: visas day to day living, electricity, Internet, TV. Food and such. Also any hidden costs that we are not aware off. We will be self funded. I've done my costings and come up with about $25,000 aus per year is this realistic.
