Sanur for 1 year. (Bali)

Hello all, looking at spending 1 year in Sanur next year. I will be 55 so what is the best Visa and also any ideas on suitable sites for renting a decent villa . I will be working for a company in Australia but all via internet. I need information on the best way to have my calls redirect to Bali , however without clients knowing I'm there. All information is very welcome. I have been travelling to Bali since 70's every year and do know a fair bit of Bahasa. Thank you in advance Helen.
