Search for the doctor (Bali)

We are just visiting Bali with our parents. Probably from changes of outside places and airconditioned rooms and cars, my father 67 years old got suddenly strong back pain . Now he can hardly move, i can not imagine we take taxi to the hospital. We have got travel health insurance, stay in Nusa Dua area, can anybody suggest good english speaking doctor, who can visit us at the hotel?
