Space or Parking Lot for Rent (Bali)

Hi all, I currently moved to Bali (2 weeks now) and planning to start a food/bar truck with VW. I've been keeping eyes at Kuta and Seminyak area specially the beach, but couldn't find any spot.
I will have burger, nachos, fries and drinks only that's why I'm looking for a space with lots of crowds.
Does anyone have recommendation / advice / feedback? I'm all ears :)
