Hello, has anyone had a GOOD experience building a Vila in Bali?
I am working on my 3rd vila and each vila Contractor has had to be replaced. The initial Contractor had to relaced during the porject with a new Contractor, sometimes more than once. Each time the Contractor does not follow the agreed contract specifications or costs.
