Wifi connected but no Internet connection:( (Bali)

Hi. I have a laptop that is connecting to wifi but not the internet. I have searched the internet (on my other laptop) for a solution but so far I cannot fix the problem. Im sure the problem can be easy solved by someone who is computer savvy, would anyone know of someone who can help and for a reasonable price. Thanks from Sandra
