New to Africa (Bamako)

G'day all, I will be starting work in Mali at a place called Yalea Gold mine, I fly to Dubai, France and Bamako, from there not sure how I'll get to Yalea mine I'm sure the company will sort that out

My question is, does Dubai and Bamako accept the Euro easily in the airports for food ect or USD or should I carry a bit of both?
