Commute times from Whitefield to Global Village (Bangalore)

Beginning next month I’ll begin to work in Global Village (on Mysore Rd). As I started to look for housing options I wonder how much time it would take to get there from Whitefield. Looking at the map I would tend to take a route through the southern suburbs mainly traveling on NICE Ring Rd. Has anybody tried the same? Is it possible to get there within 75 min. under good weather conditions?
Any hints are welcome.
