Expact banking? (Bangalore)

What is the best option for simple banking in Bangalore (for foreigners and for NRI/PIO')?

Criteria; simple internet banking, easy wire in/out of India, international credit/debit card options (notice that a normal Indian debit Master card is no longer international) competitive exchange options, tax services and preferable good insurance options.

I do not care of the number of branches and ATM's - just a well functioning regional HQ here in Bangalore will do. I don't want to bind a lot of money on the account so City bank is not an option.
