Expat Psychiatrist in Bangalore?

I have had treatment in the States for several years and am on a good treatment plan. All I need is a psychiatrist here in Bangalore who will accept an expat for treatment according to governmental laws and prescribe me the medications I need. I had seen a private practice psychiatrist here back in April who prescribed me medication but failed to tell me that he could only do this once as an "exception," as it apparently broke government laws for him to do so.
My medication is about to run out and I really need answers quickly. I'd be grateful for your replies.
