Medications (Bangalore)

Hi All! I really appreciate everyone's advice. I'm leaving in two days, and I'm bringing 6 months quantity of 4 medications with me. That's 4x180.

Would it be better to keep this with me in my carry on bag or in my checked baggage? I've never traveled internationally before, and I need to be sure my medication makes it with me. I've confirmed that I cannot get the same meds in India.
