Outdoor weekend activities? (Bangalore)

Hi there .... I am here from Australia where ocean swimming, hikes and Protected content runs are all part of my standard exercise activities .... lucky me hey? I know it won't be the same here, but I am keen to meet up with others who enjoy the outdoors. I do none of these things especially quickly or energetically by the way ... I am a fit fifty year old lady, just to contextualize the request .... young at heart! I love yoga too. I live and work near the Prestige Tech Park on the outer ring road
