Run. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.
We are doing no less than two different activities every Sunday and we invite you to participate in either one or best, of course, in both. (actually we do 3 activities, but the SLEEP after party you have to figure out yourself)
RUN. with this activity we invite all levels of runners/walkers to experience a one timer only (or at least only once a week): A well know central and most important trafficless park - full of happy people and even more happy pet dogs.
For some this will just be a walk in the park (pun intended), for others it will be part of an ambitious training plan, however for all it will be one hour with awesome people. Please bring your kids, dogs or even your spouse.. (free bicycles are also available btw)
EAT. we continue part two with breakfast at a nearby restaurant famous for their coffee and breakfast, the fact they do not do brunches and the fact that it is the only one open at 9.30 am - kids, dogs and spouses are allowed here as well.. (a small 10% off for InterNations btw)
Yes we start the RUN part at 8am and it is awful early, but running in 36 degrees Celsius just don't work out very well, so until the monsoon hits us, we need to stick with this. And remember step 3: SLEEP there is nothing better than having a good run, a great breakfast and then hit the duvet for a few hours before lunch/brunch time.. (If too early, please join us for the breakfast at 9.30)
