Spanish language - help learn basic conversational (Bangalore)

I've always wanted to learn Spanish and during my 9 years in the US tried couple of time but didn't make much progress. Anyways, after my visit to Barcelona couple of weeks ago, learning Spanish is high on my agenda; def wanna make progress before I visit Latin American next year / later this year.

While I'll start taking lessons, I'm hoping to make some friends who are Spanish native speakers or conversational and can help me in informal get together to practice.
