Urgent ! Local Movers & Packer information needed (Bangalore)

Dear All,

Please help me !
I want to shift on Aug 30th ( This Saturday) From Shantinagar to Lavelle road ( 3km) .
I have furniture ( Laundry Machine , Fridge, mirror, bed, dining table, coffee table)
I want to hire Packer and mover but Indian local asking for : Protected content , Japanese mover asking for : 34,000 for this small shifting. Is it market average price ?

Please let me know if you know anyone who can do packing & Moving in reasonable cost ! Thank you !!!!
