visa immigration (Bangalore)

my name is Herve

i move to Bangalore in July and i am right now in France and doing my business visa and dealing with the complexity of it being self employed

So i am getting a businesses visa for one year but my broker is recommending a first request of stay for 2 weeks with return ticket

so my question is it difficult to extend the length of stay when i am in Bangalore

i am self employed
