what to bring? (Bangalore)

Hi Everyone!!! We will be moving to Bangalore, India in 4 months and are wondering what items/furniture/essentials should we take with us? We live in the US right now and will be there for a 3 year project; we also have a 4 year old child... thank you!!!
We are also hispanic, and would like to continue to share our latino culture through our food, is latin food available?
