Where to setup an IT company / rent a house? (Bangalore)

Hi everyone,
I'm looking at moving to Bangalore around October time to setup an IT company.
I'm wondering which areas I should look at / avoid?
I realise this is probably a broad question, but what should I be looking for in an area?
I will need office space and a house.
