Workshop on Origami ( paper folding) and Furoshiki (art of giftwrapping).
True origami is the art of paper folding, creating images of animals and people out of a sheet of square paper. The closely related Japanese art of gift wrapping, however, uses many of the same folds common in origami known as Furoshiki. Japanese gift wrapping involves twisting, folding and knotting the wrapping material, sometimes paper, but more commonly cloth. Wrapping gifts with cloth cuts down on the waste after a birthday party or Christmas gathering, and reduces the negative impact on the environment.
