25th April arrive mysore by shattabi Express or own transport at 1pm,
pick up and 5 minute drive to Shanti Nilayam.
Fresh coconut water and Settle into your room.
3pm Introduction to Astanga yoga, finished by pranayama and meditation.
5pm fresh Juice and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Shanti Nilayam, read a book in the hammock or just relax on the private terrace before dinner and talk at Protected content .
