A good hairdresser in Nong Khai/Udon Thani/Bangkok

I am volunteering helping children in Nong Khai at the moment and am i desperate need of a good hairdresser. My hair is hard to manage (thick and curly) a local one would be great if anyone can suggest. Or if I have to go to Bangkok a good hairdresser there please.
Can any expat help me out.\
