Administrative assistant required (Thai national) (Bangkok)

Europcar is the Number 1 car rental company in Europe and has a presence in more than Protected content worldwide. Our Thailand administrative office is looking for additional staff to join a small and dynamic team based in Asoke, Bangkok.

Administrative Assistant (X2)

• Maintain database of international customer activity (reservations, invoices, payments)
• Assist with general office administration
• Liaise via email with other Europcar offices and internal clients to manage customer activity and resolve invoice queries
• Manage international reservation inquiries
• Provide assistance to Europcar network throughout Asia Pacific region
• Provide and upload contents to internet site
• Respond to and work with Thai travel agents as necessary

• Thai nationality, Male or Female
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of MS Office (Words, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Organised and structured worker.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative
• Attention to detail
• Conscientious and hard working
