Anyway to extend visa?? (Bangkok)

I got the non b-visa when i came from korea n i got 3months stay. It means my last day would be around 1sep?2sep?. I heard that i can extend one month if i do overseas travel before visa is expired. If its right,i can do travel to laos or singapore.
Experts~~plz help me^^
