Business dress code for women in Bkk (Bangkok)

Hi,

I have been reading a little about the business dress code for women in Bangkok and would like to know more from InterNations members about it.

What is the appropriate business attire for women in Bangkok for job interviews and work i.e. what type of shoes, what colors, skirt/dress lengths, blouses (long/short sleeves), business jackets, trousers, etc...?
