Creepy Crawley (Bangkok)

Hi,
I visited Thailand in May and picked up something in my foot and still present. It crawls under my skin and moves around just below the skin and itches at night. I have already been to four different dermatologysts here in Doha and back home in SA. No one seems to know or able to help. Any advise would be appreciated.
