However, that position has now been changed due to the current needs of the company and its marketing department. So the new position is Digital Marketing Executive and the description is below. This varied and fast paced role is to support the Marketing team to develop and implement the online marketing and communications strategy for EXO Travel. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will have a number of core functional areas, including:
•Online marketing planning, execution and reporting.
•Website development project management.
•Social Media planning and support.
•Online performance reporting.
•Constant Update on the EXO Travel website
•Creating monthly electronic newsletter
•Creating template docs for various different functions
•Create PowerPoint presentations and other sales support materials
•Keep up to date with asset management and best practice.
•Work keeping in mind regulatory requirements which impact content management for the website and external communications. i.e. Data Protection, etc.
•Manage YouTube videos and customer engagement content
•Use CMS system and upload data.
•Use analytics to help with content management.
•Liaise with external agencies and internal departments on digital marketing projects.
•Plan and write digital content to support the social media and on-line strategy, for each relevant audience and marketing channel (email, apps, website, Facebook etc)
•Update online content via the content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
•Report on digital marketing campaigns, to show conversion rates and analytics on key goal conversions.
•Produce training and best practice guides to manage content and relevant systems.
•Ensure all marketing output portrays brand values, and is engaging for website traffic.
•Ensure website content is relevant and up to date.
•Native English speaker with excellent writing ability
•University degree in English/Marketing or Tourism is an advantage;Experience working in the marketing field an advantage
•Candidate must have worked with Creative/Marketing or Technology Agencies or companies, choosing partners, creating requirements and guiding projects to completion.
•Experience in planning, implementing and reporting on multi-channel digital campaigns.
•Experience and knowledge of online technologies – email software, Marketing automation, reporting software & tools (Google Analytics, social media monitoring etc.).
•Experience in HTML coding (an advantage), some experience in design packages i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fireworks.
•Experience in most digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, display, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.).
•Experience in CRM software is an advantage.
•Knowledge of destinations; Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan and China.
•Comfortable working with and researching on the Internet
•Strong interpersonal skills, to communicate across departments and cultures
•Ability to work under own initiative in a non-structured environment
•Experience of writing on tourism products an advantage.
•Self-motivated and enthusiastic
•Open-minded, target-oriented and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
•Team player, able to work under pressure
