Evaluation of German School records (Bangkok)

I am a German national living and teaching in Thailand since 3 years. I now need to proof, that my school degrees is equivalent to a BA. Does anyone out there know, where I could do this? I feel like I am running against a wall as nobody seems to be able to help me with this.
Any ideas are appreciated
