Expending our activity in Asia (Bangkok)

Dear members,
I am co-owner of planitswiss.com and we are actively working on expending our activity to Asia and eventually more precisely BKK. I am planning a trip to meet potential, partners, customer's and get further information between march 16th to march 20th.
We are organizing corporate events, team buildings, incentives, sponsoring events etc... If you have any idea of who could give me advice, or would be interested in a venture, I would really appreciate your help.
