Information required please (Bangkok)

Dear all,

we are a group of three families with kids looking to visit Thailand in November and we would like to visit Phuket.

Can you reccommend a resort that offers some of those dreamy holiday villas with great sporting and kids facilities? It would also be a bonus if they offered a cook and maid for each villa. we will be requiring three villas that sleep 2 adults and two children. We would like the resort to be a sea side resort and not too far from the city centre.
