Local Credit Card (Bangkok)

My wife likes to get a local credit card. We are both Swiss.
From other expats we heard, that it's not easy to get one.
Do you have any suggestions how to get one?
Is there one (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc.) which is easier to get?

We actually achieve all requirements to get one but there must be some hassels for expats as we hear.
We have:
- Work permit
- Regular salary
- Local Bank account
- Permanent address
