Moving to Thailand with kids (Bangkok)

myself, partner and two young children are looking to relocate to Thailand but are unsure as to where would be suitable for our children, safety, crèches/play groups, playgrounds etc. We are currently looking at Rayong area but any info/advice would be welcomed. Both myself and partner have visited this beautiful country on separate occasions and before having children so our experience will differ greatly from what are looking for now
