Newcomers in Chonburi (Bangkok)

My family and myself will move to Chonburi area by mid-May.
Anyone there? It would be so great to make new friends with people leaving in the same area!

My husband will work in Chonburi, and I hope I can find a job soon. Does it sound reasonable for us to leave in Si Racha? Knowing that we have a four months baby and a two years child, what would be your advice?
