Open Own Business in Bangkok

Happy SongKarn Festival for everyone! ^^
I am working in Thailand more than 5 years for my company and now I am planning to do some my own business in Bangkok, potentially, I was planning open kind of Internet Cafe/ Game Shop near University or concentrated living area, so, May I have your guys advice?? And hope can know what kinds of Certificate or License I need to apply and where I need talk as first step?
