Orthopedic surgeon recommnedation?? (Bangkok)

Hi All. I live and work here in Bkk. I need a recommendation for a good orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip arthroscopy and relacement. I recently had arthroscopic surgery at Bumrungrad and no physical therapy or even crutches or a cane were offered after repeated inquiries. Gastly actually. Consequently I have injured myself pretty badly and need to find a new doctor. Any suggestions?
