Please help to consider how to solve Mafia in BKK (Bangkok)

Hi, everyone who live in this world!

I need your help about how to resolve Mafia Problem in Bangkok.

Situation that ษข Protected content city , Bronze color park the car with hand break while in the narrow road.

Consequence that I can not neither move my car forward nor reverse, this Thai guy is showing gang ster and Mafia to everyone and now to me.

How can anyone suggest me to do to solve Mafia problem?

It is low profile apartment with the owner and the one who takes care of this 2 building are irresponsible to anything but just to make money.

Please help me how to do?
