Prescribed Medication/ English speaking pharmacy (Bangkok)

I'm on prescribed medication given to me in Ireland and I am living in the Ayutthaya area right now. I can't seem to be able to find this medication anywhere in Ayutthaya. Does anyone know any good English speaking pharmacies or doctors in Bangkok or is there any other way I can get this medication? The company Pfizer makes this medication. Thanks!
