I am planning to move to Thailand mid of this year and am just preparing the applications. Looking for jobs in the Logistics industry, junior management. would like to find out how much net income i will end up with after tax and insurances/ retirement provisions.
Does anyone have an idea as to employer's assistance for provident funding? Could you expect this from multi-national companies only/at all? would Thai companies pay in a fund for you? or is this all a private matter?
i have only read this in very few jobs offers, so wondered if this is something extraordinary and hard to negotiate for.
