Which area - Where will you work? What's important to you?

The most popular area for expats is Mid Sukhumvit Road, and we suggest Thonglor, Phromphong, Asoke, Ekamai and Phrakanong as it's one of Bangkok’s largest expat communities, and for good reason.
It is a developed safe neighbourhood with the widest range of restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores, bars, gyms, and clubs catering to foreigners. Most condos/apartments are within walking or short taxi drive to public transportation such as the BTS (Skytrain) and MRT (underground train), which makes it one of the easiest areas to get around in Bangkok. With so many shopping centres, food courts and cinemas close by, entertainment is always convenient. Taxi’s will always be just around the corner.

Some of the most popular condos in this area are Eight Thonglor, HQ, Phromphan 53, Ashton, Emporio Place, Millennium Towers, Noble Reveal, Noble Refine, Ficus Lane and are some of Bangkok’s finest residences, with great swimming pools, and exercise and leisure facilities.

Schools in this neighbourhood are Ekamai International School, NIST International School, Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School, St.Andrews, SP International Kindergarten.
Rental Prices can start from Baht 25,000 for a 1-bedroom apartment to Baht 140,000 for an ultra-modern-penthouse or luxury family villa. Prices vary primarily based on the standard of the building, internal space and proximity to BTS Skytrain and MRT.

In Central Bangkok, Rajdamri, Langsuan, Ruamrudee, Wireless Road, Chidlom & Ploenchit are recommended.
A business and residential district with lots of offices and hotels, but also Bangkok’s largest park, Lumpini Park, with playgrounds, running track, and a lake, a nice place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Most of the land occupied by Apartments, Offices and Hotels in the area is owned by the Thai Crown Property Bureau(CPB) and operates under leasehold contracts, making it a very safe and sanitised neighbourhood, popular with business people and families.

Recommended residences are Protected content , The Rajdamri, All Seasons Mansion, Hansar, The Park Chidlom, The Athenee Residence, 02 Hip, Address Chidlom, Baan Siri Ruedee and Langsuan Ville.
This area has many fantastic restaurants & bars around such as Dean & Deluca, Zuma at St.Regis, Hyde&Seek on Ruamrudee, Neil’s Tavern Steakhouse, Gaggan on Langsuan and Savelberg at The Oriental Residence.

If you work in the Sathorn District, then living in Silom, Yen-Akard, Narathiwat and NangLinchee is ideal to be close to the office. With easy access to Charoen Nakhorn - The south western end of roads taking you to “The Riverside” and also ending at the Northern Eastern Line - “Rama 4 Road”. Apartments featuring iconic views of the Chao Praya river are a draw card of this area.
Many companies have their offices in this part of Bangkok, along with major hotels such as the Lebua State Tower, Banyan Tree, W Bangkok and The Sukhothai Residence. These hotels feature excellent restaurants, and famous rooftop bars with stunning night time city views over Bangkok, the most popular are Vertigo at Banyan Tree, and Sirocco at Lebua.

With many international schools in this area, St. Andrews, Hampton International Pre Schools, Garden International School, New Sathorn International Schools and Crescent International School, this area is very popular with expat families.

We are always listen to our client’s needs and try to find them what will make them happy living in Bangkok. If you have any queries please contact us and we look forward to helping you find your perfect home!
