Research on British retirees in Thailand (Bangkok)

Dear all,

My name is Sarah Scuzzarello and I am a Research Fellow at the Sussex Centre for Migration Research at the University of Sussex. I am posting here with regard to my recent research project.

I am conducting research on British and Swedish retirees who live in Thailand. The main aim of this research is to study retirees’ social networks and their welfare since they have decided to live (temporarily or permanently) in Thailand.

I am looking for participants for my study, and I was hoping that some members of InterNations would be willing to take part in the research. I would like to interview British citizens, 55 years old or over, who have retired in the UK and who live in Thailand for at least 5 months of the year. I expect each interview to take about one hour. I am in Bangkok for the month of January, and will be able to meet up the participants in person while here.
