Senior Sales Manager (Bangkok)
Our client is an established multinational in the dental industry with a global presence. They are recognized for their innovation behind the excellent products and service in the industry.
As part of their expansion in Asia, they are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Sales Manager to be part of their dynamic team.
The role will develop the South East Asia (SEA) market, with a focus on Thailand and Indo-China region, in alignment with the global strategic direction of the company and the needs of the local market.

The role will report to the Asia Regional Sales Head.
Core responsibilities are to:
•Build and lead a cross functional local sales team.
•Provide SEA input and perspective for strategic directions, expanding business reach, and the integration of regional strategy.
•Define the value proposition to the local SEA market, customers and industry including service, price and product platform strategies.
•Transfer business development and customer/pricing strategies into sales activities and promotions for the related products.
•Plan and develop annual budget and promotion plans; Be responsible for planned sales KPIs, cost control and monitor the feasibility of each prospect.
•Be responsible for total account receivable for all customers and overall overdue management.
•Manage an elaborate monthly rolling forecast and performance report; Review and set up customer visitation schedules.
•Manage quotation reviews, negotiations and contracting activities for sales team.
•Map out the sales and marketing strategy for the SEA dental market including target sales and gross margin setting as well as overhead cost structure.
•Develop objectives, strategies, operation plans and measures for local SEA marketplace and confirm linkage to regional and global business.
•Organize and implement training sessions and participate in building a sales & marketing corporate culture.
•At least, 10 to 15 years or more experience in business development, sales and marketing experience.
•Knowledge of dental industry, medical devices, medical solutions or related sectors will be an advantage (South East Asia, especially Thailand).
•Preference with Bachelor Degree in Dentistry
•Demonstrated strategic and conceptual thinking and decision-making skills in a complex environment.
•Proven project management, analytical and prioritization skills, including planning, coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.
•A sales-driven mind set with excellent communication and influence skills.
•Good communicator who can adapt, interact and work well with people from diverse cultures.
•Proficient in English and Thai for communication with key client base located mainly in Thailand.
•Ability to become a competent partner to key departments and teams across the organisation.
