Shopping in Bangkok

Dear All,

In 2 weeks, I’m going to be in Bangkok and I’m very excited about this trip. I need your advices regarding “What to buy?” and “Where to shop?” I read some websites and my current shopping list is as follow:

• Pearl
• Silk
• Paintings (I’ve heard that If I give the original painting they repaint it in 30 minutesi is it right & where?)
• Gemstones (sapphires, rubies, and jade)
• Souvenirs (Special things for Thailand)
• Antiques (Not expensive one)
• Handicrafts, Wood Carving,
• Incense (Which are used for meditation)
• Other meditation materials

I would greatly appreciate if you help me about “what & where to shop?” & “Prices”

Do you have any recommendation & notice about safety & right shopping?
