small Clinic or hospital? (Bangkok)

I am not feeling well these days, so just wondering,where is it better to go, i need to see doctor :( there are plenty of small clinics around me, but i am not sure whether i should go there, as not everyone knows English, and it can be a problem for me ) is it better to go to hospital and which one?
