Suvarnabhumi airport bank branches (Bangkok)

Hi guys
I want to open a bank account in Suvarnabhumi airport after landing in Bangkok could I find any bank branches there that cover and issue debit cards in THB plus VISA international credit/debit cards?
I want a bank account which I can send money from all over the world to it and connected to a debit card which I can use in Thailand (THB ATMs) and anywhere else (USD/EURO) in ATMs all over the world.
Any suggestion appreciate in advance
