I am off to Thailand for work soon. About the holidays from March to may in Thailand what I know is

Is this correct?
Will everybody be off work Apr 13~16. What can foreigners enjoy during this time? Is everything closed or more exciting? Should I shcedule this time to go abroad and back when it becomes normal?
