Lama Ole Nydahl is one of the few Westerners fully qualified as a lama and meditation teacher in the Karma Kagyu Buddhist tradition (Vajrayana).

With his wife, Hannah Nydahl, Lama Ole founded Diamond Way Buddhism, a worldwide lay organization of Karma Kagyu Buddhism.
