What is the "norm" in terms of Health insurance (Bangkok)

Hi everyone, I am in charge for my company of looking into the matter of health insurance. Up to now, apart from what is included when you contribute to SSF, we did not have any insurance. We might consider getting one but want first to assess what kind of coverage companies provide to their employees (expat and thais).
We are a representative office with 3 Thais and myself.
