Moving to The Gambia (Banjul)

Currently I live in the UK, but intend to move to tg next year.
I am currently just looking for any information from those that have
Gone before me and done all this.

How easy was it to get a longer visa for tg?
Where is the best place to look for renting a property?
I am looking for 3 bedrooms, in Brufut area.
What issues have people found with living in The Gambia?

How much will I need to live on?

What are best precautions against getting malaria?

I just have so many questions?
