Advice on Relocating with Young Children to BCN (Barcelona)

Hello,
My husband has a job offer in Barcelona and we are considering the move. We have a 10 month old daughter, a cat and a dog and another baby expected in May (so she may be born in Spain). At the moment we live in Tel Aviv although we are both originally from the States. I'd love to connect with other families living in/around BCN and to pick your brain as we don't know anyone or quite how the system works over there (childcare, healthcare, etc).
