Apartment to rent in Barcelona...is it a Scam?

Hi, Has anyone had the experience of requesting to view an apartment to rent that the owner happens to be overseas and you are required to send 2 mths rent and deposit in order to get the key to view through a 3rd party called HouseTrip. The woman is Maria Klaine and she says she needs my name, address, phone no etc and that she will have a contract ready with the keys. The rent for the type of property is also ridiculously cheap. Alarm bells are going off for me and so would appreciate any advice or information from anyone who has come across this.
